How in the world did no other ESPN competitor not run with this story when it happened? ESPN literally told the ACC who to poach and when.

Which is somewhere around how much I care about whether One Direction is getting back together.

They (ESPN and Pitt) played both sides of the game at the same time.

For what? Neither ESPN nor the B12 owed any duty to any of the schools that applied with regard to B12 expansion.

In the Pitt case they arguably owed a duty to its fellow conference mates to lead the negotiations for the benefit of all the member schools. What duty did ESPN or the B12 owe to the applicants? MSN has all the coverage I need and as silly as it probably is, I'm never typing those 4 letters into my browser again.
