They did, they either demoted or fired their Defensive Coordinator.  I forget the name of the guy that took over, but it was a promotion from within.  I watched the pre-game interview, and Kelly said he will be very much involved in the defensive play calling. 

If you were referring to a head coach change, I think it is too early for that.

Honestly man, Phillip Nelson and the playmakers are playing fine (outside of the fumble in the end zone). Its the offensive line that is playing atrocious right now for you guys

ECU's best player today has been Justin Holman.  If it was their other QB we'd be down by 30 right now it seems.
