We don't have many to begin with unfortunately.

It was a real hard game to watch, I've never been to a college hoops game on Senior night and not have the coach individually pull his Seniors out of the game during the last minute of gameplay for a final 'standing ovation' goodbye. Just rubbed me the wrong way. COA needs a third year to prove himself, my biggest disappointment this season (other than the injuries) was the lack of player development. The streak of bad season result won't stop me from attending the games, I mean it can't get any harder to watch...Go Bulls.

A #USF student just hit a 3-pointer during a promotion between play. Only trey made by a Bull tonight.

That was my friend that hit that shot. I played high school basketball with him. He's in his 30's but still has 4 years of eligibility left...

This was the absolute worst game to witness in person this season. Aside from Cousins and Perry, who played admirably, the rest of the team was sleep walking. We got trounced by a team that was equally as deficient, skill-wise, than us, but they showed up to play. We . . . simply . . . didn't. I still think Antigua gets another season, but this offense needs serious work and some able bodies to run.

These last couple of games turned my hopes for conference tourney wins into a dull nagging dread. THIS team will be ousted quickly, so I hope that by some slim chance they reach back to bring that team that won two in a row with gritty D and good shooting. I'll admit this last game shook me a little about the future.

According to COA, that team had averaged 11 3's  the last 5 games so you definitely can't classify them as equally deficient in that regard ...

If by future, you mean Tulsa and the conf tourney, I agree 100%. That team that won two in a row almost had me making plans to attend the tourney .... As far as going forward, this year hasn't shed a whole lot of light on how this team's going to look, except that McMurray seems to be the real deal and it will be interesting to see how it pans out with other legit ball handlers carrying some of the load.

I try not to get too reactionary to any one game, but my concern is over the team's frame of mind mostly and that goes beyond this season. If you can shoot great two games in a row, then you shoot like steaming garbage the next two games and play "meh" defense, your confidence and determination is "workable" by the other team. You look to your seniors and coaches to help get the team's head out of it's collective ***, but I didn't see enough of that the past two games. Classify it minor for now, but next year's great talent is still young and in need of some steadying force--hopefully COA & staff can provide it. Hopefully.

Did this basketball season even exist for USF? Never have I remembered such a worthless, non memorable season in USF basketball.

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.
