Building an OCS on the current mosi property in 5 years... USF will come out with the plan publicly in 2 years. It should hold around 40 thousand. I've seen the blueprints and they are not on the internet.

I'm not saying that you haven't seen something and that someone didn't relay the information that you mentioned above, but I'm skeptical that if such an exact plan were in place why it would be 2 years before announcing it?  It would limit donations toward the stadium
