When Houston and Memphis play against each other, if both are still ranked, then it will drop one out of the rankings
While the other ranked "P5" match-up losers will drop just a few spaces but still remain ranked.

It won't matter soon. The P5s are trying to insulate themselves from these types of issues  by not scheduling the "others" any longer. Really grinds my gears

Looks like we have a P6 situation on our hands. With an improving USF team going into next season, the conference may be even stronger. We just need to kick teams out of our POWER conference we like to call the American that are 0-7 and replace them with ANYONE ELSE who has a pulse and there, improvement.

I kind of expect this to happen, but I'll wait and see if it does.  I remember when we were in the Big East (the media was anti BE, too) when USF was ranked we'd still be ranked sometimes after a loss to an un-ranked opponent, but it could have been because we had a "signature win" on our resume from earlier in the season.  Memphis has Ole Miss, so we'll see what happens if they get beat.

and the stadiums and environments are horrible
