It's about attracting women to the game of football.  

The color pink attracts women to games...so should get a big turnout for smu game?

Not to start a political debate here, but every nonprofit does this.  United Way, Habitat, Feed the Children......   Almost all the money goes to salaries, that is how it works.  People don't tend to work for free.    

Absolutely not.  Do some research.  There are many charities that actually have a large percentage of donated funds go to what the money was intended for.  Always research before you donate.  There are great non-profits out there that do great work.
