    Different context between being in a BCS Conference and in a G5. Had we been in a P5 during Taggart (equivalent to what we were in the Big East under Leavitt) and winning 10 games a year no doubt Ray Jay would be packed. Nobody comes out to watch G5 competition. Rewatch some pre 2007 games and the attendance at the games looks about the same as the top Taggart days. Proof:

    Is there any way to pull up the investigation report? Does anyone have it saved in the computer or interwebz? Might be good to go back a re-read it in the context of all of this. I remember something along the lines of Grothe stating on record that he was shocked at what he had witnessed from CJL and Ben Busbee also said it crossed the line and Leavitt telling Grothe that him of all people should back him up and stuff.

    The problem with this is that Ray Jay would be filled with blue and orange instead of green and gold. And that sucks. I rather someone rebuild the fan base close to what CWT was doing. I thought you initially disapproved of KB because he was a Gator? Same thing with Spurrier X100 no?

    Leavitt was a bit of a **** for no reason. It was a fair question for a young program and we had just won the game so there was no need to be an ass. Could see why McMurphy went out of his way to be petty with slapgate.
