    USF does have shakos and has worn them. But far less common due to heat... and now lack of a performance audience I believe they wore them for ECU and Houston. They should always wear them. The baseball caps look ridiculous.

    no it won't. it can't. they have a limited # of recruits they can take every year. just like they did before. vandy won't start taking our recruits. neither will northwestern or duke. being in the top 5 conferences doesn't mean they will start getting players we have been signing. if they started paying players(and in some cases loosening their standards) and we couldn't match then maybe you would have a point That's my point. They will start paying players.

    USF can no longer sell being in a BCS conference to recruits. Combine that with the drastic decrease in TV revenue and their rankings, and other Go5 teams, will continue to fall. Well still be near the top when compared to the Go5, but the gap between Go5 and all of the P5 schools will continue to grow.

    Ray Jay and Miami? Are you serious. No way either could be ranked ahead of even UCF, and it pains me to say that. WHAT?? That UCF erector set tin can should be torn down immediately! the stadium is crappy, but the tailgating and game day experience blows USF out of the water. +1 I would take a carbon copy of UCFs stadium over Ray Jay.

    Quarterback is everything in college football. FSU looks totally inept on offense right now without Winston. USF was lucky to have Grothe and BJ back-to-back. Hopefully we get lucky and land a good one soon.
