  1. I don't see a link to the MB article and I don't want to click it anyway. Can someone post it?
  2. Equally as inconsequential, not better or worse.
  3. Exactly. We know how that has worked out for us in the past.
  4. Not sure how playing in a G5 Championship makes us more inconsequential than we already are. The most we can ever hope to play for as it currently stands is the NY6 "booby prize" which is the epitome of inconsequential.
  5. If he is doing things in the city of Atlanta its a good sign. This is a very underrated recruiting ground that should be explored more often.
  6. Ohh I gotta pay no wonder I can't get. Ain't doing that. Thanks
  7. We got a good coach now, I want to say better than we deserve based on our fanbase and probably won't last long because of it.
  8. Yes seems easy. The only reason it hasn't happened is that the blue bloods don't want the likes of WMU, USF, et al joining their party. Imagine the ire if #15 WMU (I think that's where they ended up last year?) made the playoffs over everyone in-between them and the top 6 or 7...
  9. Agreed and I would imagine that the G5s would have a strong case. Further a lawsuit could be the fuse that lights the flame that finally forces the farce that is the FBS to treat all teams fairly. Alliteration intended.
  10. G5 needs an auto bid to the playoffs. In what other sport is it acceptable to create a completely imbalanced playing field which virtually prohibits half of the competitors from playing for a Championship?
  11. They don't want to share their pot of gold with the unwashed masses like USF.
  12. Can't they just call whichever bowl the highest ranked G5 makes the "Tallest Midget Bowl"?
  13. These guys treated us no differently than Fowler and Hierbstreet. We are and always will be a red headed step child to those with obvious P5 ties. They and ESPN do not benefit from a program lime USF's success therefore they will tear us down if given the opportunity. Unfortunately we give them a lot of material.
  14. We have the misfortune of being in the unenviable position of being a program that went from Div 1AA to BCS then back down to obscurity in a very short period of time. This was a huge blow to the identity that we had built as a potential rising powerhouse and took the wind out of much of the USF community's sails. I think a lot of people felt let down by this and no longer care.
  15. Q had a lot of 1 on 1 matchups that he tried to hit but over/under threw. He also missed lots of wide open receivers. Temple also dropped a couple easy ints. Its possible that teams have figured Q out. Its not as if his mechanics are flawless and its not as if his O line is great. A good D coordinator should not have too many problems in doing so.
  16. Thing that bugged me most about this broadcast was their mischaracterization of Q being a player who normally "wears his emotions on his sleeve"? Huh? They had film of Q outside his childhood home with his daughter that they played a short clip of. Did they do a story on him during halftime? (I missed it).
  17. Every team we've played thus far has not been good enough to capitalize on our mistakes. We can't out-athlete good teams. Houston and Memphis would both have beaten us tonight.
  18. Watched the game with 2 Michigan fans who have no idea about USF. First thing they mentioned was the lack of attendance.
