Just too much to do in California to spend significant time indoors. I'm listening to the Flyers radio stream right now. Usually catch games I'm interested in at the bar. Will search out the Alumni group when football season starts. Don't miss cable or its exorbitant price one bit!

That's clearly theft. If they rebroadcast it for free, or for royalties, that's one thing. But they're making money selling something owned by someone else without compensation. It's no different from selling pirated DVD's

(I have DISH) I don't want a PACKAGE, I want a MENU! Let me buy the channels I want, and ONLY the channels I want. And I sure don't want to have to page thru 100 shopping channels to get to the few channels I do want to watch. I really don't want to use the set-top box at all. I want to sign in to my account from the computer, and use it to search, find, and record. The whole human-technology interface of delivering content needs to change. Hulu and others are showing us the way. The majors are being dragged slowly along.

If anything there is too much great cable TV out there that i will happily pay for (The Americans, Game of Thrones, Veep, Silicone Valley, Archer, Parts Unknown, The Walking Dead, Fargo, Vice, Workaholics, It's Always Sunny, Newsroom) and enough Network shows that make it worth it to me.
