Appreciate the support... one day I'll direct my daughter to this thread when she's old enough to read. I'm then going to tell her if 'you're not first, you're last'. Hopefully that will keep a fire lit under her as she pursues her dreams of playing softball at USF or West Point (she still doesn't realize she has these dreams - but she does).
