He's not an established FBS coach, so it's a gamble. Some thoughts: He was a phenomenal college running back so you would thing he could coach the position. On the other hand, CWT was a phenomenal college QB and can't recruit or coach a QB to save his life (or his job, at this juncture). He has a good track record of developing running backs at the FCS level. He only has one year of experience at the FBS level and M-OH's running game was putrid last year. He jumped ship after one year at M-OH, he very well may do the same here if he pans out. Can he recruit? Wouldn't call him phenomenal, but also wouldn't say he can't recruit.
