Kept saying at the game, why is UCF running it when our secondary is beyond terrible. Pathetic, just pathetic.

To perhaps the top team in the conference, that is a great performance. We had PLENTY of chances to overcome.

Being the "top team in the AAC" isn't exactly something to brag about. It's pretty much the NFC south, nobody deserves to be the top and go to the playoffs....but somebody's gotta do it

Point is, the stat given in the OP is meaningless, if we have any semblance of a passable offense.

Defense forced turnovers like mad most of the year.  The offense never capitalized on it.  Its was pathetic all year long and I feel for those guys on defense.  They weren't exactly studs all year, but they a least showed some heart.
