I'm pretty sure that it's the USF Equipment department and not Willie Taggart. Unless Willie designed the basketball version too?

I wish this team was more concerned with on-the-field performance moreso than what they wear in games.

I'm sure this wasn't a last minute decision and actually something they'd been planning all season long. This is the departments job not the teams. I'm sure the department hoped we'd be doing better at this point in the season but they're not just gonna NOT do the promotion because we still suck. Besides, this adds some much needed hype, I just wish there was more to back it up...
