IMO, Dunkley was going for the ball and grazed the guy on the helmet, not the intent of the rule.

Yale just had a CB taken off the field with what looks like a neck injury from a brushing type head blow. Took him off on the backboard, neck immobilized.

 

EDIT: He has movement in the locker room, off to the hospital.

I like the rule but how do you take Dunkley out of the game after watching the replay is beyond me.

 

Dunkley should not be suspended by USF
