If there were a minor league for football almost none of the top high school players would go to college. they would get paid while training trying to make the NFL. he received far better training from the Browns than he would have at USF. that gave him a bettter chance at getting a 2nd contract. not only that but they paid him . In Baseball they have a Minor League system, and they offer top prospect Millions coming out of HS. That's like comparing apples and oranges. The best Prospects in Baseball rarely ever step foot on a College field.

That said, if he would've stayed, he would've been poised to have a huge year. Obviously, his training wouldn't have been as good but... he was on the Browns... is there training really *that* much better?

Pretty sure all of the ones in college are doing just that.

The majority of the ones that come out early come out because they are told they should be drafted in the first few rounds.

Actually you have no idea who is right or wrong. neither does the other guy who claimed to think his opinion was truth. he could have easily blown out a knee, had a terrible year, etc. he took the money and the training. how many stay when they know they will get guaranteed money? almost none of them.
