Never got the email yet informing me I was awarded away game tickets. (My credit card was charged as well the beginning of the month).      Anyone get the email saying they were awarded AND when we should be expecting  the tickets in the mail?

 

 

Got the season tickets (nice package this year).  (haven't received the away tickets yet, but was charged for them)

This is the email I got...

 

Thank you for submitting a ticket request for a 2014 USF Bulls away game during the upcoming football season. This email stands as notification that your request has been approved .

Seat locations for all away games will be assigned at a later date and tickets will be mailed approximately 2-3 weeks prior to each away game.

Total charges for your away game ticket order has been applied to the credit card used during the request process.

All tickets requested are non-refundable.

If you require a special seating request (for example, accessible seating needs) and you have not already submitted that information to the ticket office, please notify the office via email (BullsTickets@usf.edu) or by phone (813-974-3002).

I don't recall getting that email either but the payment hit my cc on 8/8. I'd check your credit card charges to see if it hit. I seriously doubt they sold our whole allotment ...
