Me thinks there's a shred of truth in Straub's tweet. I'm glad Straub didn't get fired for this indiscretion. I hope this is a lesson learned for Straub on how to better vent frustrations about a play

I think it's the right thing to do. 

 

My guess is that it is probably 100% true, what Straub said.  Won't get into a discussion on whether true or lie, but his tweet was inappropriate.  It looked petty and unbecoming of a coach to publicly malign a former player like that. 

 

Hopefully Straub learns a lesson here and moves forward to better the team.

Oh yeah, I should probably add that Straub is probably lucky he is not outright fired for the tweet.  For tweeting that out after CWT vouched for Lynch with Jim Harbaugh, that is a move totally in contradiction with the position of his employer.  He'd better hope it doesn't happen again.

He should be suspended and have to pay a fine. The tweet coming from a coach at USF is uncalled for.
