Taggart could announce transfers, too. Blakely? Not sure we need him, but a proven junior RB could be good. Or, could disrupt the young corp of talent fighting for PT. LVille does a great job platooning backs, so hopefully we will as well.

Glad the bulls got him and Mack

Any chance of some of these guys playing those positions?

Honestly, even with me not knowing the situation with Blakely, I would be a bit surprised if he came here, considering how deep we now are at RB. Really hoping somehow Ward gets here at this point. I won't complain at all about today's results, but getting Ward would make me feel a lot better about the OL in 2014.

Not sure about DT - we only got two D-linemen total, both ends.

Not sure about DT - we only got two D-linemen total, both ends. Not sure Bayes is fast enough to play safety, but at 6'3", he'd be a monster at SS. Byrd will likely start, along with Godwin. We have some good, young talent in the secondary, that got a lot of playing time, thanks for 2-10. Am concerned about DT. Nelson would've helped, but I don't think that's happening. I've seen big safeties move up to LB, but it's rare to go the other way. Could be like Robert Sands...tall & rangy, and a missile to the ball. But...we need LBs, too (though if he's 195, that's light). Guessing VJax plays OLB.
