Imagine doing what Navy has with the gold chrome, green on the bottom, white on the top with a green iconic Bull.

 

That would be a very cool looking helmet.

The Navy helmet is truly the badassest helmet I've ever seen. The only thing wrong (as Skingraft noticed) is it needs a globe and eagle to go with that anchor.

How about the team starts with a white helmet.  When you do something right, a catch, a tackle, a run for positive yards, you get a shiny new, fun helmet.  Sort of the ultimate helmet sticker award.

Army has used unit patches. Maybe USF can do one for every player's major. Undecided gets a question mark, Criminal Justice gets handcuffs, Accounting gets a dollar sign, etc..

I kind of like this idea.  Doesn't each college (Business, Engineering, Arts & Sciences, etc) have its own colors and symbol?  That would be pretty cool.  Also a reminder that these are student atheletes.

So a bunch of handcuffs on our players uniforms...sends the right message. 

 

I was mostly joking. In the slim chance it did happen they could use Lady Liberty and more appropriate symbols or official ones, if they exist.

eh, uni's only matter if the kids get energy and pride from it. Run the proto's across them and see if it helps. I'm all for anything that helps them fight harder, even just a little.

I don't care what our team wears as long as they win. 

 

I do like when teams go old school though and Don't have players names on their backs , Maybe we just put "Bulls" on the back instead. (USF on Front).     Its a reminder to the players that they play for USF first not Self.  

 

Would like a throwback jersey game (sport the First years jersey and helmet).

 

Def like the Military appreciation games as well( USF has done well with these).

 

 

Honest question here: Can we have  a game in which players wear a name on their backs  of a (donor or bidder)  we Have 80 or so players  which would allow a lot of fans donors bid to have their last or first name on a players back for a game.  A great way to raise some coin for the football program.   Don't think it would matter to NCAA just as long a the players have the correct numbers on.  (Not sure though) But could raise a lot of doe.   Than the person gets the jersey after the game.   Kinda like bidding on game worn jerseys now, only It will have your name on the back of it.
