The initial retainer is $33,333.33" "According to the agreement, Genshaft and Eastman & Beaudine president Bob Beaudine "conservatively estimated" the Bulls AD job will pay $500,000 annually". This should come from Doug's Million dollar salary. But it wont, None the less its Money well spent ( to replace Doug).

Now what conference is anchored in TX? And if we got someone with deep roots in TX, would we finally starting talking to a P5 conference that is short a few teams? BTW, 100k is 1/10 of what we pay CSH every year, PEANUTS.

You should kick in an extra $10,000 to soften the hit. right, Problem is Id attach to MANY stipulations to it, Like Doug be fired ASAP, Stan be fired as well after next blow out loss(likely to happen this weekend). Since they wouldn't agree to those Ill keep my money for other things lol

This hire is crucial for sure, and the right man or woman can evolve the marketing and the vision and the entire athletics. There is hope and will just have to trust this search committee will get their recommendations correct.
