Taggart must have seen something he really liked. At 6'4 240 he's a big dude...but then again it seems like that's all we are going after unless you are a DB. And even then it seems you need to be 5'11 or 6'0. USF got him!WOW! Gained 25lbs. from Dec. 5th to Dec. 18th!
