I am not sure what you are looking for in a hotel, but my experience has been that is a dirty hotel.

I am not sure what you are looking for in a hotel, but my experience has been that is a dirty hotel. 

 

 

Its not one of the shiny new resorts on the strip. It would compare to a Holiday Inn.

 

Perfectly acceptable to many, including me. (I actually like the more "gritty" hotels on Fremont Street.)

I've been to Vegas once (stayed at New York, New York) and was hardly ever in the room, just there to catch a few hours worth of z's before going back out to the tables, a show, Grand Canyon, etc.  I'd say if possible, get a good cheap room and use your money for more fun things.

That's generally what I would expect at those prices.  Then again, he is only sleeping in the room

A drunken stupor from the free drinks while gambling usually helps those not to bother you when sleeping, as I've found.
