I live in Orlando (near UCF) and I find it very hard to believe that UCF is more popular than UF in Orlando.

It seems the joke is on you...

It's also unbiased, which many of you should look up the definition. Basically, UCF is many years ahead of usf.

Bahaha ... enjoy it while it lasts.  It was like that for us too back in 2007-2009, when your program was the equivalent of a skid mark on your dad's undershorts.

Many years ahead of USF ... good one, Gums.

When and where are you getting an OCS?

I remember driving around Orlando several months ago.

I counted 2 UCF decals in cars (this includes the drive to/from on I-4) on the entire trip.

I actually thought about it because along the way to Orlando we passed by several cars with USF decals, license plat holders, or other accessories.

Needless to say I was actually quite shocked that I counted much more USF gear from Lakeland up to and including Orlando, than UCF ones.

I would figure they would be on an all time pride high.

I also did not see any billboard promoting UCF.

My daily drive is up 417 from Med City to 408. I see plenty of UCF parking stickers & plates over there, but what's funny is seeing so many of those cars with UF or FSU gear. I also see more Bulls plates or decals than I thought I would. Being in the den of evil, I always salute. :GoBulls:

That poll was conducted shortly after the BCS game with Baylor.  I'm sure they have regressed back to the mean.

Wrong again bulls fan, UCF's season ticket sales have surpassed last seasons by over 2,000 so far and 3,000 over the season before that. Plus the students actually show up to the games.

You need to work on reading comprehension

It's also unbiased, which many of you should look up the definition. Basically, UCF is many years ahead of usf. I'm almost certain there are more UCF fans in the Tampa/St Pete area then usf now but it's hard to prove since this research doesn't include many of the small time teams.

:lmao: oh man...still drying my eyes on that one. That's like saying you're almost certain there's more Red Sox fans than Yankees fans in NYC...

I'm almost certain you need some lithium to supplement your normal meds, they're not working.

Are you freaking serious?  This is based on Facebook likes?  This map is virtually meaningless.

Let's not turn this thread into the Dumbgeon.

Any chance you can put all the posts from Karma and Gums, along with all replies, in there?  I know it will set back Trip's goal for this thread to hit 400 pages but they do seem like they belong there.

Do you have any better research links? No? There were more FSU and UCF fans at both of your homes against them. Deep down you hate to admit it.

I know its tough for you to only discuss the two teams. It's a natural mechanism of the brain admitting defeat.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
