UCF is a second rate commuter school unknown outside of Florida. USF is a national research university and a Big East powerhouse.

Sure. Go check out Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_South_Florida and then go check UCF's. No mention of UCF and being in the top 10 of worldwide patent filers or research rank. Compare endowments. You know, it being a school, the things that count. UCF looks like a junior college by comparison.

Man how did we get so lucky? The Oviedo cc fans that show up on our board are always so gracious and polite. Rather than enjoy their victory they come and give us well wishes. I wish our fans were as polished and mature.

Speaks volumes about the type of student that goes to UCF when they have one of the largest student bodies in the country and such a small endowment. Either they could care less about their school or thought so little of the quality of education they received they decided to not support it. FAU and FIU have larger endowments.

 

Dear azzhat. If you want to support your school, you can do so by breaking open your purse and writing a check. Trolling another school's board is doing jack in the scheme of things.
