That's pretty unlikely.  I think Taggart will turn it around, but those words are about right now and will forever be true of this USF team three games into 2013

What are you seeing that makes you feel he can turn this around ?  Not trying to go after you just asking cause so far it has been just plain ugly.

BCC just destroyed FIU, they're probably more of a challenge than USF or Plant High at this point.

Well, not a whole lot, mostly just optimism speaking. But the defense has shown improvement since game 1--even if they don't look very intimidating, their yards-allowed looks like:

McNeese: 424 

MSU: 265

FAU: 242

 

I know, I know, that's only one stat and it's not stellar, but it may show a little hope on the horizon. Very little hope on O, unless we get some phenomenal walk-on talent for the O-line, or if the QBs get familiar enough with the offense to make quicker reads & execute. It's "eventually", though, just looking for improvement this year.

Taggart has been putting together a pretty solid recruiting class.  Hopefully he can keep it together in spite of the season.  That's where Taggart is going to help USF.

 

As for this season, stick in a fork in it.  We're done.
