I hate to get political, but if any of those 8 people were armed with a gun, and trained on how to use it, then this creep would not have been able to **** those girls.

 

Hell if any of those 25 were armed then this would not have occured either. All I'm saying is that this would not happen in my neck of the woods. Criminals prey on those who are unarmed.

 

I hope the police take this guy out... he is the lowest of the low.

It's hard to ask questions when someone is on top of you punching you. I am sure it would be hard for these women to ask questions while this guy was assaulting them as well. The most they probably got out was "Why".

If someone breaks into your home, you're **** right, you shoot first.  Two shots to the center of mass.  Then you won't have to ask any questions.

Yep.  Hard to say what would have happened, but if he was taken into custody, I think his lawyer could have made a convincing argument for an insanity plea based on his erratic actions.

TAMPA — A man with a gun has been spotted near a hospital on the University of South Florida campus, authorities said.

A text message alert has been issued to USF students, warning them to avoid the area near the health building, said university officials said.

USF police has responded to the scene and is investigating the incident.
