Let's see, didn't they have Dungy come talk to them last year and Harbaugh this year?  Obviously having successful people talk to them doesn't work.  So maybe a shrink is in order.

What he is saying they were doing, doing it 'their way' and not in the scheme was the same thing that happened last year. One guy doing his own thing and screwing the entire play.
