ive seen it all over the internet at several different retailers websites...thinking it might be our new jersey

No that's last years. Looks like an early rendering that was sent to website retailers before the jerseys were actually finalized, and then when they actually arrived, they took up close shots. Notice at the bottom of the full frontal picture it says "Unstopabull" while the close up has what was actually used "Bulls Are we".
