All this USF football fever, where is your anchor?

What are you Bulls hanging your hats on as the reason(s) for all your football optimis?

 

 

Here are mine:

 

(1) CWT: The Harbaugh-family football magic.

(2) Newness: everything is new!

(3) USF pride: we are getting back to basics starting this season -kicking butt and taking names!

Tempered optimism with the realization that the old, and ineffective, regime is no longer in place.

USF would be bowling with just an average coaching staff. Taggart is above average. Immediate injection of pride and discipline plus immediate results in recruiting equal success this and next year. #winning

My anchor is in our tailgates. I have optimism this year but I know that no matter what, ill be drinking craft beer, eating good food and smoking my Padron Anniversaries before the games with family and friends.

Coach T will mold this program, he has already begun to do so. I believe it will be easier for him to get a hungry USF fan base back into it than it was to get the WKU fan base into the games.

Especially #3. Man I hope our defense starts playing like the old days when we played with some swag and a chip on our shoulders. With that attitude we always had a chance to win.

I'm always excited this time of year. Hoping for 12-0, knowing how improbable that is.

Expecting a bowl game somewhere.

 

My game hat has it's place in the closet, rides on the dash to the game. I only put it on when I leave the tailgate for the stadium.
