Good response, but why bittersweet?  I would think just sweet.

Grothe's injury happened in game 3 (against ******* Charleston Southern, no less) so how close were were is debatable ... but I definitely think we could have been in the running.

Remember when that injury happened too ... the week before the FSU game.  Was looking forward to going to that game and then saw that Grothe went down.  Gave me no confidence that we would do anything against the Noles with an untested freshman backup.

Then went to the game and it was amazing.  Now, with the help of hindsight, knowing how bad our defense just ransacked the Noles' offense, how many more points we could have put up with Grothe under center.  We had a lot of missed offensive opportunities in that game, I don't think it's a stretch to say we could have doubled our score if Grothe had played.

Prolly cause he knew he was going to get poked, TP'd, razzed, etc, but sweet cause he always won.

From the same site, an interesting version of a USF desktop wallpaper

Matt gave a very classy interview.

And he's my favorite QB thus far because he swashed the gnats!

We have been fortunate with the Few QB's we have had in our short history.  Cant complain about ANY of them.

All Stand up , nice approachable men.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
