If you have any questions I can put you in touch with the NCAA compliance officer at USF.

Still this idiot is a trolling moron from some other school trying to sour Steven.

RB remains to be seen. This world is full of idiots and weirdos, nothing to get excited about, Bench isn't going to be sour unless he doesn't make first string. Not sure whether Steven still qualifies as a Prospective Student Athlete(PSA) but I am convinced that this moron is not a Booster as defined in the NCAA rules. It is likely not impermissible contact when neither of those bars are hurdled. The rules have very specific definitions on who is a Booster and who is a PSA. Oregon puts out a brochure which is pretty thorough. Everyone should probably take a look. Does anyone know if USF has published a similar synopsis? It would be well worthwhile to publish it here. http://www.goducks.com/fls/500/pages/general/NCAA-Rules_Regulations.pdf
