Big East did a terrible job with the rough estimates of these games. Maybe the American will have a grasp on how to use a clock.

7-2 Seton Hall over St Johns.  St Johns is eliminated.

 

Seton Hall awaits the loser of Pitt-Notre Dame, which should be starting in the next 10 minutes or so (yep, they're already an hour behind schedule)

Just some fun facts.

Yesterday was the first time the #1 and #2 seed have both lost their opening game. The #2 seed has always made it to Friday, and only once has the #1 seed gone 0-2 (St Johns 2008).

 

Also, Georgetown has never made the Big East tournament in its current forms (since 2006).

 

USF has never played Seton Hall in the Big East tournament (nor Villanova & Georgetown, but they are typically not in it).
