That's pretty gross.

Never had food at J/P, but the food at Argos and Andros was always decent. Always a variety and the salad/sandwich stations were good. Uncooked chicken shouldn't happen though. There are some pissed off students on that thread.

I'd have to see it for myself, but that looks more like either a big blood vessel within the meat, or marrow from the bone, or possibly a combination of the two.  I don't really see any uncooked chicken in that pic, but again, I'd need to see it more closely.

It's a 760x960 image. How much closer do you need to be?

The meal plans on campus have always been wretched. I know, I've worked with Aramark food service in connection with USF. They push every boundary possible in order to maximise their return. They're absolutely shameless. Honestly, my advice to all students would be to cancel their plans and get off campus as quickly as possible. It's little more than a scam, one that endangers their health and well-being.

That's not that big of an image.

And to be able to tell for sure, I'd need to have it in front of me.

When you cook as many meals as they obviously do, this is going to happen.  It's unfortunate, but it's the reality of the situation.  It happens in all restaurants.  Hopefully, it's really, really, rare (no pun intended).

I never lived on campus when I went to USF.  The offerings in the Marshall Center (a la carte) were always decent though.
