WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED

Lost all five games this weekend.. Last four games  0 (zero) runs.. Lucky to score in the first game..

They make all the pitchers look like superstars...loosing  0-3 , 0 - 1, 0 - 1, 0 - 7 .....is bad , very bad..

Feel bad for the pitchers, no run support !!!!!

Yes...the pitching staff is deep and talented. With the lack of run support you can already see them pressing at times trying to throw the perfect pitch. Definitely, have to find a way to generate some offense!

I haven't been able to see many of the games, but I'm wondering how much the defense behind the pitching is coming into play this season.  Last year we could "feed the Mouse" and I think that defense is what helped make the pitching nearly unhittable.

 

I know we've got a lot of new faces there, and 0-5 is a very bad weekend. Hopefully Coach E figures it out quickly.

it seems lack of offense affects just about every sport at USF. it's quite depressing.

Weren't we ranked somewhere around 10th in the nation in preseason polls.  WTF has happened to this group?  Looked like they were in pretty good form that first weekend.  This is what happens when I even think about buying season tickets to a sport.

Key word.... "preseason" poll.

Most of the ranking are based on last years team. Its the same issue as with football.
