If Griffin is healthy and confident with his body, he should contribute. He is a good receiver when healthy and could get open. I expect D.Montgomery to get significant increase in PT.

 

Any one know how the development of Edsel Caprice is going? I am really excited to see what Whitehurst and Cliett do this year

Lynch needs to be mentioned here. As a starter, he will get QB sacks, even while he's on the bench - just by stomping his foot.

Per NCAA guidelines, Lynch is awarded at least one sack, per game, each time he leaves the tunnel. Coincidentally, the opposing team loses 10 yards on the first snap. This was done to prevent further injury to opposing QB's

I think we should have a real strong front 7 for several years. Key is going to be Willie being able to bring in defensive backs and offensive lineman.

We seem deep enough at end that I'd agree Giddins job is on thin ice.
