Not seeing the ZING or the BzingA. Seems like all Ghost was saying is that he doesn't care how someone did somewhere else, he'll judge them on how they do here .... He saw how Skip dd here.

And SH was hired based on his accomplishments elsewhere.  Check 2011 & 2012 to see how that worked out.  Im with Ghost here

It's not that it's not allowed .... It's just rare.

Ghost and I are pretty good friends.  Notice the wink afterwards.  He got it, I hope.

I have NFL Rewind and will go back and look at what the Raiders defense looked like last season (NFL Rewind goes back a few years). But I just read o another board that a long term Raider's fan characterized his schemes as four man rush with no blitzes, strict man to man coverage, and being unable to stop the run and that Cosh was a better DC.  If that is true, USF will need excellent players all over the field for it to work.  BTW, NFL Rewind is pretty cheap, has several seasons of games as well as most of the Super Bowls. You can watch in that accelerated mode that only shows the plays or coaches mode with all the angles coaches use. It should be like $30 or $40, or maybe less.

I don't think we can assume he will run the same defense he ran with Raiders in the NFL. Greg Auman's interview with Hunley indicated that he adapts his defenses to his players' strengths and his opponents' weaknesses.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
