It's just a blog run by god knows who. I doubt much could be done since this isn't a professional company or website.

They have ads on the site, thus are making money off the work of others without credit. They can be sued easily.

Lol, no one is going to sue him or her for plagiarism. It's not worth the time or effort. Someone should just threaten them in an email/response or something and warn them to take the articles down or legal action is the next step. Just scare them and it'll probably work.

Of course that's a problem. Even aggregators normally credit the original writer.

Depends how much money they are making. But I am fairly certain the media outlets won't let this operation continue. They may be able to get a court order to have it shut down.
