I'm serious! This guy had was **** good at UF. I think he's a little unproven, no HC experience, but he's probably within our price range and has some of the top Bay Area talent committed to play D for him. Perhaps one or more would come with him! By the way saw bunch of emotion and intensity on the sideline from him during UF games I saw this year!

Oh and by the way, he's a finalist for the top assistant coach in the nation! I will say that again....top assistant coach in the nation!

i'd be seriously interested if he is interested. he has a very strong background and I think he might be the best mix of recruiting, contacts for building a staff, and affordability

Good option. We really need to pick a head coach quickly. We need to be thorough, but there are a lot of HC job openings and more coming (I.e. Cincy).

An assistant coach under Dennis Erickson, Nick Saban, Rex Ryan and Pete Carroll

Not to mention Schiano wanted him as the Bucs DC
