If Skip stays, then Cosh is gone. I guess either way Cosh's tenure at USF is over.

Scheme. Even no talent players should be able to defend the monster passing attacks of Temple and Ball State.

Cosh sucks, and his record shows it.

Did not appear to make defensive adjustments...no turnovers...few sacks...if cosh leaves and Holtz stays the new DC has to come in and run HIS system not Holtzs... That defensive scheme shizzed the bed a long time ago

You are aware that we only scored 3 points last night right? 10 points last week......9 points at Miami. 13 points in a win over UCONN.

This team's problem is a LOT MORE than defensive scheme.

Cosh - 45%, Skip - 40%, and the players - 15%..

If Skip plans to return next season, why he didn't fire Cosh during the season to find someone else?

It would be wasted if he replaces DC and will not return next season.. Make sense?

If we replace a new head coach, then HC would clean the staffs.

The scheme is much important in the game.. See how KSU improved big time. How about some small school that almost beat Florida few weeks ago? Forgot what school was it. Lol.

And we would be winless if we didn't have BJ making up for the lack of a defense. D is a BIG reason why we aren't bowling this year. Probably the reason.

The reason our corners play 7 yards off the line of scrimmage. I would like someones take on this. Is this Cosh implementing a terrible bend but don't break system or are the corners so ****** that bump and run coverage would result in deep TD passes everytime?

lack of talent for sure 60%

inability to teach the the talent we have 20%

inability to coach, prepare game plans and make in game adjustments 20%

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
