We are heading backwards. These new additions are paralizing to our athletic program. Complete disaster this is. We as fans can't just sit by and accept that its out of our hands. Don't go down without a fight. We need to start blasting emails and calls at anyone who will listen. Lets put together a proactive strategy to get this done. Even if we fail, at least we went down swinging. Show that our fanbase is real and proactive. 1. Political Pressure Below is the contact info for some politicians. We've seen UCF do this to get into the BE, we need to contact our representatives and tell them to force FSU to save us. We stand to lose millions of dollars that would come to the state of FL over this. It is up to the representatives of this area to ensure that their constituents get what they need and want. Blow these guys up with emails and calls. This is something that would be handled at the state level, so here is contact info for the state house & senators in and around Tampa Bay This list has every state senator in and around Tampa Bay. I honestly don't think it's a horrible idea to send a cordial letter to one of these people, I just think that it's a complete waste of time. This is a Mike Bianchi-esque post, calling for politicians to step in and save us from the evil leaders at FSU blocking us from getting in. Nobody is blocking us... We're just not appealing to the ACC at the moment. If Fsu and/or UM leave, then it'll be a different story
