Purdue fired thier coach as well. They were only paying him like 900,000 a year,. BIg 10 and only 900,000 a year and Skip is making over 2 million a year in the BE,

If skip is not fired after saturdays loss..and you know it will be a loss pitt is playing really well right now. Regardless of money situations we cannot afford to not pull the trigger. I can care less how much it would cost us. They have to find a way to get it done. 5-7 to 3-9...is not even in the realm of possibility. To go from on the brink of big time college football to the basement in two seasons is pretty remarkable. I can understand not doing it during the season even though it makes more sense to start the recruiting process. Almost the entire coaching staff must go.

Usually there are 15-20 coach openings yearly, pending scandals. Have about 6-7 so far, expect some more.
