Here is the highlight of the article

Overall, Saturday's performance against UM was a dizzying array of injuries, missed opportunities and questionable decisions for USF.

The biggest head-scratcher occurred in the first half's final minute.

Trailing 16-0, the Bulls drove from their 20-yard line to the UM 6 with about 26 seconds remaining. The Bulls were climbing back into the game.

USF had three time outs, but let the clock run, wasting about 15 seconds. Floyd took a shot into the end zone, just missing a diving Terrence Mitchell in the corner.

At that point, there was only time for Bonani's 23-yard field goal, making it 16-3 at the half.

Missed opportunity.

During a halftime television interview, Holtz said he should've called a time out in hindsight, but he was "trying to tempo it so Miami couldn't set up its blitz.''

We're like the Duke of the Big East, only without smart kids or a football team people would watch on purpose.

Up tempo my ass. He could have had 3 shots at the endzone but only got one and was lucky to have enough time for the FG. Pitiful. Fortunately for him, the game was a blowout so the point is moot.

Well there were some on here that were still predicting Orange Bowl after an 0 and 2 start and a non conference loss to that football goliath known as Ball State.

Well there were some on here that were still predicting Orange Bowl after an 0 and 2 start and a non conference loss to that football goliath known as Ball State.

I was thinking we'd finish 2-10. Glad we got that third win I guess?

Well nobody that was sane thought we were going to go to a bowl.... hopefully we get slaughtered in these next few games and holtz and staff are fired.

Yeah, my bowl hopes took a major hit in Muncie, and were completely extinguished after the Cuse debacle. GB!
