Holtz said he should have taken a TO. He did not think the play would take that long to get in.

He had 3. Call them back to back to back. Who cares.

What does it matter how long it takes to get the play in? They only had 4 plays left at most and 3 TOs.

Anytime inside of 4:00 to go Skip and Fitch are clueless as to where they are on the field, how much time is left or what situation they are in.

Ramil should be heating up Judy's email right now. You know some of his buddies are giving him **** about what a joke the team has become.

In all fairness it is possible he thought the play would get in faster AND he wanted to push tempo. We seemed to be playing better football up tempo. If you call a TO you give the defense time to setup as well. Still inexcusably stupid I think... but I suspect his thought process was to try and run the play without giving defense time to regroup.

He's just an idiot. Any coach would have called a to when the qb was standing around on the field waiting for the play
