They need to get rid of Cosh now.

Wait until after the Miami game to get rid of Skip. This will give them enough time to begin the search for a new coach.

  1. Fire Skip and definitley Cosh.
  2. Find New HC
  3. Evaluate players and find out which are quitters and which are still fighting.
  4. Politefully push the players that quit to transfer.
  5. Start Over
