AW > BJ. Not a knock against BJ. Hard to be the same guy, when AW is 4 inches taller, better passer.

AW is BJ. Holtz cannot win with this type of QB. We will be dismal for years to come.

Strongly disagree. AW is young and therefore raw, but has inate qualities that BJ cannot demonstrate as a senior. AW's throwing ability, form, accuracy, and knowledge of the position and game already far exceed BJ.

And AW is 6'4 205...I'd say that alone changes things a bit. I'm sure it's amazing to be able to see down field once you hike the ball.

Recruiting is a funny thing. Either it will suck because of our record, or it will be fine because kids may see a chance to play immediately, and be the class that turned things around.

You're full of it. AW has been playing QB for a year or so. He's not doing anything special this year, apparently because his coach is limiting him, but still. Dude is raw.

"Knowledge of the game" and form are not some intangibles. I'll agree AW is light years ahead of BJ in the intangibles (height, athleticism...as scary as that sounds..). He'll need to work hard to be better than BJ.

I'm so tired of people talking up AW like the next messiah. Does everyone forget that we thought BJ would be light years ahead of Grothe? Look how that panned out...

this is not that far-fetched...stetson knows their place at the table, and is making a strong push for the 2nd and 3rd tier guys that we might have to go after, as well...
