Yeah, Urban Meyer, Pete Carroll, Bob Stoops, Brian Kelley, Mack Brown, Bobby Bowden, Steve Spurrier, Les Miles, Nick Saban ... all of them really need to be black if they are going to have any kind of sustained success in their careers.

Matt Grothe as the HC? That is even more ridiculous then when the G'ville crowd thought Lord Tebow could be next HC. I say go to the NFL. Not sure who, but bring some passion back to the team.

No one said you had to be black to have success, but I guess it is the time of year to build strawmen.

I think we are getting offended because you are focusing on their race instead of their name and coaching credentials.

A good young black coach does bring something to the table a equally good young white coach doesn't. To deny this is silly.

and what is that exactly? both good coaches--- why does it matter if they are white or black? Is the recruit also only black in your world?

the coach is a coach

the player is a player

race should be the last thing on anyone's mind here
