Just wondering if we would have had a legit chance of landing Charlie Strong had CJL been fired right away and Strong was still availalble? Wondering if USF would have went after him and if he would have even considered this program? Louisville has 15 Florida players on their roster, wonder if he could have swayed Bridgewater to come our way from Miami. Ohhhh the possibilities. Its a shame the Leavitt situation took so long to unfold...................

Clint Hurtt was going to take teddy bridgewater wherever he was going to be hired. it had nothing to do with charlie strong. we would rather recruit kids from Jesuit that get good grades. This. Watch it man, don't call out our recruits or recruiting. Old man Bill will be on you faster than his wife after viagra kicks in. If we had Leavitt or Strong the program would be in a better place. Skip is finally getting "his guys" in... Sadly, that means we have no exceptional LB's, RB's, DB's, DE's, or QB's (if Asiantii bails) in the pipeline. All he's been "good" at is WR, OL and interior DL. He is going to be around for a while. Maybe we should do something to call for Holtz and Fitch and even Cosh to open up the playbook and try something new? Maybe mass emails? A petition(or something like that) to inspire them or something. I know we are a bunch of armchair coaches but maybe we are on to something here. This is big boy football, if a coach can't figure it out with his staff then why are we paying him?

For someone who titles himself "Great", we have seen no evidence to support the claim. Besides my 6'3" #310 arse will teach your little whippersnapper bony butt about both the etiquette of respecting your elders and the leverage of large at any time and place of your youthful foolish folly. And comments about my female companions will earn you this meeting quicker than a duck on a june bug. Besides from a logical point of view. What is the point of denigrating our commits? Making yourself, look slightly intelligent? Somehow trying to establsih your Message board moxie. Boards are filled with little people trying to make themselves look more important, trading on the backs of people who actually work really hard to accomplish what they dream of. Why even go there?
