Doesn't look like him in that pic, but it could be.

I lived in New Port Richey for 3 years. It's a bad place. Voss isn't the first or last person to get brought down by it.

Sorry to inform you but anyone, anywhere can have problems.

What I remember about Voss, if my memory serves me correctly, is that an assclown from Oviedo actually reported us to the NCAA about him, somehow pertaining to a 7 on 7 camp held on campus ...

Yes, sadly, exactly. With the likes of Voss and Leon Orr, Gulf High's football program has had some bad press of late. And New Port Richey, like so many other places, is not the idyllic town it once was. However, I know countless success stories who are NPR natives and Gulf High graduates. Many of them are proud USF alums as well. I wish Mr. Voss and Mr. Orr all the best going forward in their lives.
