Whatever, does it really matter? I just want the season to start so I can focus on our BE title run.

I guess you missed the part of the " Pledge and you can win a college sports spending spree".

Grand Prize Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received for the duration of the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail. Limit one Grand Prize per person, per e-mail and per household.

Weekly Prize Winner Selection: Weekly Prize winners will be selected in five (5) individual random drawings (four (4) winners per week for a total of twenty (20) winners) conducted on or about 9/7/12 from among all eligible entries received for the applicable week. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, each week will begin at 12:00:00 PM ET and end at 11:59:59 AM ET, with the exception of the final week, which will end at 11:59:59 PM ET. Non-winning entries received for one (1) week will not carry forward to or be included in subsequent weekly drawings. Weekly Prize winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable weekly drawing. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person, per e-mail and per household.

Temple has 100 times as many votes as USF. Methinks there is a way to vote more than once.

Still not as surprising as Maine being in 4th place. :)

Due to inauthentic activitiy, pledging to support your favorite school has been suspended.

We are looking into the issue and will respond as soon as we have an update.

This a thread on the TAMU boards too and it became pretty obvious Penn State was some how cheating. Their vote count was on creasing every page refresh.

EEPN page now says poll closed because of inauthentic activity. I don't think USF has any shot at beating the larger fan base schools.

ESPN had a similar website set up for where the first college gameday would be held. If only took one day of voting before the system was hacked and programs were designed to vote non-stop. I think TAMU, FSU, and Georgia Tech had nearly a half million votes in the first day before they shut it down.

I think I recall this. You think ESPN would have learned by now.

Someone cheated?

Of course, it's UCF.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
